Hi, I've subscribed to Service package 12 and had difficulty opening the VIX Volatility Index chart - I've just submitted the "Uniform Subscriber Agreement CGIF (CBOE Global Index Feed)", wondering if there are any other agreements/fees I should be aware of to gain access?

We see that you have the "CBOE Global Indices - Main" exchange active, so you should be fine. If you are still having a problem, then are you entering the symbol for the chart as "VIX_CGI"?
