You are setup to get your data from Rithmic. Therefore, you need to ask Rithmic about whether they are supplying the data for that symbol or not. Or, why you may be having an issue getting that data from Rithmic.

We are sorry that AMP was not able to answer this properly. You can get your data either from Rithmic or from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. The choice is yours. Right now, and for however long you have been using Sierra Chart connected to Rithmic, you have been getting your data from Rithmic, as you have never setup an exchange with our Denali Exchange Data Feed to get any data from us. We do not know the status of the data for the new Micro products from Rithmic. This is why you would need to talk to AMP/Rithmic about this. But apparently AMP is not able to give a proper answer, so maybe you need to talk to Rithmic directly. With regards to our Denali Exchange Data Feed, you had filled out the exchange agreements for this back in 2024, so the only thing you would need to do is to activate the exchanges for which you want the real-time data. You can do this for the CME Group at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Keep in mind that in order to get the real-time data for the CME Group at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification.
