Rithmic Direct - DTC: permission denied at logon (Lucid Trading), works in R|Trader

Sierra Chart 2949 (Windows via Wine on a Linux VPS). Service: Rithmic Direct - DTC [trading]. Server: LucidTrading-Chicago Area-Non-Aggregated. Prop firm: Lucid Trading, Rithmic login LT-7TR5V68P, account LFE050-17SF1N5F-TEST001. Every logon returns "Logon error received from server: permission denied" (last at 2026-09-18 10:02 UTC). The same login works in R|Trader Pro (system LucidTrading, Chicago Area) and the Rithmic agreements are signed. Market data / historical username fields are empty. Service Package 10 is active. I sent the Message Log today with "Send For Analysis" (account jbaunez08). Lucid says the account is active and points to Sierra; could you check the log and tell me what is denying the logon, so I can pass it to Lucid?

The information User135243 gives is the correct one for that error. But we are a bit confused by your statements. You state that "Market data / historical username fields are empty", but you are not setup to get any data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. This would mean that you would not get any data, if you can get passed the "Permission Denied" issue. If you want to get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then first you need to understand that in order to get the data for CME Group at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account.
