When I have a bracket (OCO) order and part of my position exits through a different order, does Sierra automatically resize the remaining stop/target's quantity to match what's left of the position, or do I need to do that myself? When my whole position closes out — stopped out, or hit target — does Sierra automatically cancel any other still-open orders tied to that position (like the OCO sibling), or is that something I have to do myself? Is there a setting to do this? When my stop order automatically moves to breakeven using the 'Offset in Ticks Triggered' setting, what does that action look like in the Trade Activity Log — what text or description shows up for it? I want to be able to recognize it when I'm reviewing my trades. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2026-09-15 19:38:06

It depends on how that "different order" is setup. If that "different order" is not part of the OCO, then it will not have any impact on the OCO that does exist. In which case, you would need to update your quantities in the OCO group. If the "different order" is part of the OCO, then this will be taken care of automatically - although it also means that your Targets and Stops would already have the proper quantities. When my whole position closes out — stopped out, or hit target — does Sierra automatically cancel any other still-open orders tied to that position (like the OCO sibling), or is that something I have to do myself? Is there a setting to do this?
As long as they are part of the OCO, then they are also cancelled. This is the definition of OCO (Order Cancels Order). When my stop order automatically moves to breakeven using the 'Offset in Ticks Triggered' setting, what does that action look like in the Trade Activity Log — what text or description shows up for it? I want to be able to recognize it when I'm reviewing my trades.
You will see an order with a change to the price level for the Stop. Run this in Simulation Mode and see what the Trade Activity Log shows for it. And in general, for all of these questions, you should try out what you want to do in Simulation Mode and see how things work in that environment. It will closely mimic what is going to happen with live trading.
