Connection and performance issue in different country

Hey guys I'm really trying to figure out this problem that I'm having and I don't know what to do or really any workarounds or troubleshooting if you guys could please help me the problem is is that my data is very much so choppy and not consistent Every five seconds the chart has to redownload the information and download and then 5 seconds later it has to redownload everything so on and so on I'm not too sure if this is a Wi-fi issue i'm not too sure if this is a server issue'cause I'm on Rhythmic Chicago I recently got this problem when I relocated to Vietnam Maybe that has to do with the problem my Wi-fi just sucks I'm not really too sure if you guys could please help me I'll post some screenshots In the screenshots I get those messages literally every couple seconds The data is not stable at all my connection is not Reconnecting it just says connected This happens literally every 3 to 5 seconds my data freezes and updates then repeat what are your thoughts Please and thank you I hope i can get this fixed soon
