You do not have any exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Therefore, any data that requires a payment, would be delayed streaming data, which is why you are seeing the 15 minute delay. The last time you had real-time data setup from us was for EUREX back in May of 2023. What are the exchanges for which you are wanting real-time data? That's strange as I have got Denali package 11 which expires on 12/12/26

You do not have "Denali package 11". That is the wrong terminology. You are on "Package 11" also known as the "Integrated Advanced" package. The package gives you the ability to use the Sierra Chart software in general. The packages are separate from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You do need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages in order to be able to connect to data and trading services (including our own Denali Exchange Data Feed). To get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, you need to set it up, activate, and pay for the exchanges for which you want real-time data. What are the exchanges for which you are wanting real-time data? You have previously completed the agreements for EUREX data, so you only need to activate the exchange at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeedEUREX#Exchanges Keep in mind that the exchanges are not pro-rated and they renew on a calendar basis. So when you activate the exchange, you will pay the full amount to get the data for the remainder of this month. Then you will pay again on the first day of next month.
