Hi Fore some reason desipte paying for data for all instruments i cannot see live data for GC futures. This is an extreme inconvenience especially considering the fact that support is almost impossible to receive despite paying such a large sum of money. I havent been able to receive live data for gold all week so i would like a partial refund |

here is more evidence on a different instrument on nq. the same thing keeps happening. i have reset my pc and everything. this is absolutely pathetic and embarrassing. i want a refund

if you have a realtime-data subscripton for Comex-data, you should get the data, but you should use the correct symbol: GCZ26
