Hello, I would like to report a significant difference in the DOM behavior between versions 2931 and 2947. I was using Sierra Chart version 2931, and my DOM was working normally. Then I updated Sierra Chart to version 2947. I did not change any of my DOM settings or configuration. However, after the update, I immediately noticed a significant change in the DOM behavior: * The Stacking/Pulling display was no longer behaving normally. * Normally, I have positive Stacking values displayed in blue and negative Pulling values displayed in red. * With version 2947, the negative red Pulling values were largely missing, while the positive Stacking values were still displayed. * I also normally have green bars on the bid/buy side and red bars on the ask/sell side. With 2947, I was seeing mostly green bars and significantly fewer red bars than normal. * In addition, when I sent a market order, I noticed a noticeable delay and spread compared with the normal behavior I had before. What is particularly important is that I did not change any settings. To test this, I reinstalled version 2931 and went back to exactly the same configuration. As soon as I returned to version 2931, the DOM behavior went back to normal: * Stacking/Pulling values are displayed normally again, including the negative red Pulling values. * The green and red bars are displayed normally again. * The DOM behavior and market-order execution are back to the behavior I was accustomed to. So I have a very clear difference between the two versions on the same computer, with the same configuration and without changing the DOM settings: 2931 = normal behavior 2947 = abnormal behavior 2931 again = normal behavior Could you please let me know: 1. Have you already received reports from other users about this issue between versions 2931 and 2947? 2. Is this a known issue or a regression in one of the versions after 2931? 3. If it is a known issue, is a fix planned for a future version? 4. Are there any logs, configuration files, screenshots, or other information you would like me to provide to help identify and reproduce the problem? For now, I am staying on version 2931 because the DOM is behaving normally again. Thank you. |
