The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis. You did not have enough funds in your account on September 1, 2026, for the exchange(s) that you had active to automatically renew at that time. Therefore, they were deactivated. We see that you have since added funds to your account. But since those exchanges were specifically deactivated, you must specifically "Activate" them.
