Changing the Color of the Price and Time Boxes Is Not Possible

Hello, I've noticed some unusual behavior of the platform. When I try to change the color of the price and time boxes to a custom shade of gray, it doesn't work. When I click “Apply,” the background of the boxes changes to light gray instead. Switching to other colors usually works. A similar issue occurs with the “Price and Time Boxes Text Color” setting. If the price and time boxes text color is too close to the background color for those same boxes, then the colors are overridden.

The colors I've set are not close, and even so, these colors aren't being applied. Please take a look at the screenshots.

In your images, the "Chart Values: Color of the Price and Time Boxes" is close to black, which is close to the dark blue of your background. This is why it is not actually changing. If you change that color to something very different, such as hot pink, then you will be able to see the color actually change. This is all related to our check to make sure that that color and the background color are not similar, such that you will not be able to view the Price and Time Box background. So, the “Price and Time Box Background” and “Chart Background” settings are being compared. Interesting—I didn't find that anywhere in the documentation. I don't know exactly how it works, but I'm actually able to set a similar color for the boxes and the chart background. Take a look at the screenshots. Unfortunately, it doesn't use the color I defined. Never mind. |
