In your images, the "Chart Values: Color of the Price and Time Boxes" is close to black, which is close to the dark blue of your background. This is why it is not actually changing. If you change that color to something very different, such as hot pink, then you will be able to see the color actually change. This is all related to our check to make sure that that color and the background color are not similar, such that you will not be able to view the Price and Time Box background.
