_mbo stock symbols market depth not updating

I've noticed whether using -NQTV or _MBO symbols that when I load a stock symbol into a market depth window or trading dom chart, the depth data will appear, like a snapshot and then not really update. Honestly, I'm not sure if this has always been the case or if it's a newer thing. I notice this is not the case with futures/cme data. I believe I'm paying for Nasdaq TotalView and have followed the instructions in the link below. File Menu: Not Receiving the Full Number of Market Depth Levels Reconnecting the data feed does provide another updated depth snapshot. But then nothing happens after. Please advise. Is there some other settings I'm not aware of? Or is there something wrong with my account permissions? Thanks in advance |
