Order book level 2 and MBO is 'stuck' on same price but time and sales is working properly

I keep my screens pulled up and do not change any settings with my order book level 2 and MBO. When I sat down at my computer this morning the orderbook level 2 is 'stuck' on the same prices but my time and sales is working properly. I can see the bid and ask prices on time and sales but order book level 2 is not moving.

I recalculated and disconnected and reconnected and it worked for about 3-4 seconds and then got stuck again
