Hello The Service Package 11 - Integrated Advanced is active. But, I have problem with Sierra Chart Market Statistics Data Feed. Charts are empty. What can I do? For around one year, I have not been trading. |

The "Data feed" is connected (green). But, there is no historical data. A red message appears on my screen as "Historical data is only supported by Siera Chart data feed. What to do?

Is there anyone to help me? On the side of AMP, this is their comments "On our end your account is fully enabled for Sierra Chart - Denali - CQG (No Data - Order Routing only)" |

To begin with, you are connecting to CQG, and Sierra Chart does not have support for data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX. But you do not have any exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed. This is why you are getting the error of "Historical data is only supported by Sierra Chart data feed". You can activate the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data for the CME Group at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Keep in mind that the exchange fees are not pro-rated and they renew on a calendar month basis. So if you activate and exchange today (August 20, 2026) you will pay the full price for the exchange to get the data for the remainder of August. You will then need to pay again on September 1, 2026 to get the data for September. -- But, the above does not apply to the Market Statistics. You should be getting that data without issue. If you are still having a problem with this, then what is one symbol for which you are having an issue?
