To begin with, you are connecting to CQG, and Sierra Chart does not have support for data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX. But you do not have any exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed. This is why you are getting the error of "Historical data is only supported by Sierra Chart data feed". You can activate the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data for the CME Group at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Keep in mind that the exchange fees are not pro-rated and they renew on a calendar month basis. So if you activate and exchange today (August 20, 2026) you will pay the full price for the exchange to get the data for the remainder of August. You will then need to pay again on September 1, 2026 to get the data for September. -- But, the above does not apply to the Market Statistics. You should be getting that data without issue.
