I use Sierra on two different computers and transfer files by email between them. Almost every time I load a file that I used on my personal laptop to my work machine, I have gaps in data and I am unsure which settings I need to change so those gaps disappear. I have included a screenshot of what I am talking about. And now for some reason, even when I try to load the original file from my laptop I am getting the gaps.

The basic problem is you are relying on Rithmic historical data and that is unreliable/unavailable:
Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Support Policy

Rithmic apparently has changed rules and are blocking it after so much data has been downloaded. There is nothing we can do about that.

The only definitive solution is to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

There are no limits with historical data being downloaded with our own data feed.
