Issue with update from 2873 to 2933

I just updated to 2933 from 2873. I have the cursor set to crosshair. Now, when I move to a NQ longer timeframe chart and in so doing the short timeframe NQ chart scrolls back, as it used to and as desired with the sync crosshair functions, however, now if the window is not big enough on the smaller timeframe chart then it scrolls the chart back instead of just leaving it as is like it used to. Then when I look at the shorter timeframe chart, it does not scroll back to the end of the data. Please fix this to the way it was before because it is a nuisance the way it is right now. I know I can hit control END but I am a trader, I am not a windows button clicker. I tried to go back to the version from whence I came, 2873, but SC still has the issue as described above. I did go ahead and update it back to 2933, thinking, I eventually need to upgrade. Let me know if you have any questions or want to do a screenshare and I will try my best to clarify. We do not understand what you are stating that is different. We went back to version 2800 and see the Synchronize Charts option working the exact same way in that version as it does in 2933.

I don't know why you can't duplicate the issue because I am experiencing it here. If you want to do a screenshare, just let me know and I will show you what I mean. You can see the issue with your own eyes. Did you test it with range charts? If I have a 21 range chart and a 7 range chart for a future and then since the 21 range chart takes longer to build a candle, when I move my crosshair back on the 21 range chart, the 7 range chart moves back to the left edge of its chart and then it used to stay there and not continue to scroll back. Now, since the upgrade, it continues to scroll back and then when I move the crosshair back to the right end of the 21 range chart, the 7 range chart does not scroll all the way to the right to the current 7 range candle. I have to manually click Control END. So that did change when updating from versions 2873 to 2933. I can show you if you will take a minute to screenshare. A picture is worth 1000 words for sure. I just found the issue. The sycnch charts was selected in the new update. From the main top menu, I went to Tools > and unchecked synchronize charts. The software used to be able to have the synchronize charts selected and then if using both GC and NQ RANGE charts, for example, it would work as I described in the prior posts above. So, when using Range charts, if I scroll back now on a NQ range chart then all the NQ charts show the crosshairs scrolling as it was. However, if I check the synchronize charts then the issue as described in the prior post occurs. I think the key is to test it on your end with RANGE charts. Make sure one range chart is like a 7 range and one if a 21 range, for example. If you want to do a screenshare some time after NYSE market hours or during a slow time period in the futures. I will show you what I saw. Just as an example, make a chartbook with both the NQ and GC range charts in it. For the two NQ range charts, have one set to 21 and one set to 7 and also add two GC range charts, one set to 21 range and one to 7 range, as an example. Then you should be able to duplicate what I saw before unchecking the synchronize charts function from the main page TOOLS menu.
