Hello Support, After checking every setting I could find, I can't find a way to make my Trade DOM show any negative Volume Bars on the "Market Depth Pulling/Stacking Levels". Positive volume show all the volume bars normally. Will you please let me know how to make it work? |

Please update to the latest release to ensure you have a version that does have the support for the negative pulling/stacking volume bars. Follow these instructions to update: Market Depth Pulling Stacking - Negative Values Don't Show Any Volume Bars After that, if you are still not seeing the negative volume bars, then check the Graphics Settings - Colors for the "Chart/Trade DOM Bid/Ask Market Depth Pulling/Stacking Negative Volume Bar" and make sure the option for "Enable" is set to "Yes".
