Frequent Connecting Issues; Not Allowing Second Instance when No Second Instance is Open

Hi, Over the past week or two I am getting frequent issues connecting with the message box that pops up reporting that a Second Instance is not being allowed but I am only using one Instance of Sierra Chart. Some times it attempts to reconnect 2 or 3 times and works, today it has just been failing for 10 minutes and just connected as I am typing now. I have updated to the latest software earlier this week incase that was the issue. I am running Ver. 2930 This is a copy of the message log when its failing to reconnect. If you get a message about this, then please get us that part of the log that shows this so we can see what you are referring to.
