Hi, all my charts are downloaded okay and oprating. However, the charts are delayed about 10 minutes at all times on all charts and it says 'Delayed' along the top with the description of the chart. Do you know the fix for this?

You do not have any exchanges activated with our Denali Exchange Data Feed in order to get the real-time data. What are the exchanges for which you want real-time data? I have data already via Rithmic. I would like real time data for ESU26-CME, the E-Mini S&P 500 Index. Thanks John. |

If you want to get your data from Rithmic, then you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to your Rithmic account. Follow the instructions at the following link: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions If you want to get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, then the first thing you need to be aware of is that in order to get the CME Group data at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification.
