Moving from Version 2922 to 2929 - Price Value Column Issue in FootPrint Chart

In moving from Version 2922 to version 2929, I noticed that my Price Value Column Data does not show the price values when the Market Data Column is shown at the same time - this applies only to the FootPrint Charts (Numbers Bar Study) and does not apply to the normal bar studies i.e. in the normal bar charts I can show both the Market Data Column and the price value column at the same time and the price column is shown normally - howver in the Footprint chart - if my "Show Market Data Column" is activated - I see the Market Data column but the price values in my price value column dissappear - as soon as I hide my data column values the prices re-appear in my price value column. This is not the case with Version 2922 and appears in version 2929 with the footprint charts only.

We believe the issue you are having is that your "Price" column is shrunk down in the chart where you are seeing this issue. In recent versions, when the Market Data columns are displayed, then you can change the width of the Price Column. When no Market Data columns are displayed, then the price column reverts to its standard size and can not be changed. Enable the option for "Trade >> Show Market Data Columns" or "Trade >> Trading Chart DOM On". Then set your pointer near the top of the scale and just to the left of what you can see of the Price column. You will find a spot where you can drag the size of the Price Column so you can view the prices properly. Refer to the following: Global Trade Settings Windows: Chart/Trade DOM Column Widths and Headers (Trade >> Customize Chart/Trade DOM Columns) This is NOT related to the Numbers Bars study at all. Hi John - I have located the spot you mentioned - both for "widening" the Market Data column and the Price Column - When hovering the mouse at that point you get a "red bar" and I have widened the width of the price column of the footprint chart / Numbers bar staudy - and even with a widened price column the price levels are not there - the only price that appears is the horizontal cross hair price with the mouse movent and the price of the current candle https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=178458641152.png |
