We believe the issue you are having is that your "Price" column is shrunk down in the chart where you are seeing this issue. In recent versions, when the Market Data columns are displayed, then you can change the width of the Price Column. When no Market Data columns are displayed, then the price column reverts to its standard size and can not be changed. Enable the option for "Trade >> Show Market Data Columns" or "Trade >> Trading Chart DOM On". Then set your pointer near the top of the scale and just to the left of what you can see of the Price column. You will find a spot where you can drag the size of the Price Column so you can view the prices properly.
