I am using rithmic data and the data is not working. It is not updating from yesterday's chart. The popup says it skipped market data. I need help. I am trading an apex PA account and I asked apex support to help me but they said that my rithmic data is good on their end. something is wrong on the sierra chart end. Please help.

What you are seeing with Rithmic data is not unusual. There is a lack of historical data from Rithmic. Refer to the following: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Support Policy We do want to point out that you have the following exchange active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed: - CME With Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts But, you are going to get data from this exchange as your "Verified Until" date is currently set to "July 12, 2026". If you want to get this real-time data, then you need to connect to your live, funded, futures trading account.
