This is how Sierra Chart draws that profile on the left side. It is aligning with the center of a chart bar, which is why it is slightly offset from the actual left edge. You can mitigate this somewhat by shrinking the bar spacing (making more bars viewable). Even though you do not have bars showing, this will still affect that study.
