Morning, My account is still in delayed or "M" mode even though I have purchased the 11 package. I can not find any of the toggles that am looking for the Volume at Price, ect. How do I update my charts to what I have paid for not the trial version. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2026-07-14 15:32:34

Delayed data does NOT have any impact on what studies are available. We do not believe your data is delayed. Everything about your account shows that you should be getting the real-time data for the symbol "MSFT-NQTV", which is the symbol in the image you provided. To know for sure if your data is delayed, look in your chart header for an entry that is prefaced with "DD:". The time showing after that "DD:" is the difference in time between your local computer clock and the exchange clock, as determined by the timestamps on your incoming data. If you do not see "DD:" in your chart header, then add or move it so that you can see it and the value after it. Refer to the following: Working With Charts: Region Data Line / Chart Header A value of a few seconds to even a few minutes typically indicates a difference in the clocks and can be ignored. If your data is actually delayed, then the DD: value will be at least 15 minutes for the NASDAQ TotalView data. -- Given the above, the next question becomes what exactly is occurring when you add a Volume by Price study to your chart? What "Volume Graph Period Type" are you using? The chart for which you showed the Chart Settings is set to be a Daily chart. If you are setting up a Volume by Price for a day, then you will not get much information for that from a Daily chart, but it should still be displayed. What I am trying to acheive is the volume profile and the volume bars for the daily charts that have the different colors showing similar to the 10 min chart thats attached. The shows bid volume verses ask volume. We want to be able to look back at historical data say January 1st, 2024 - December 31st, 2024 and want to be able to get the same output as the 10 min chart. |
