Hello, I'm trying to trade S&P Micros I'm getting delayed data although I've paid for live Denali data feed and have a funded account with AmpFutures. 1. I have purchased the correct data package on Sierra website(Package 12 Integrated Advanced MBO) 2. I have clicked "YES" on Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds 2. Funded the Amp Futures account 3. The funds are showing up through sierra charts "Trade Account Monitor" My guess is I'm doing something wrong in the "Data/Trade Service Settings" - Please tell me what to try from here. - I've tried various services but I just want to use the Denali data feed, using Amp Futures Thank you in advance! |

You do not currently have any exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed. The exchange that you had active in June did not automatically renew on July 1, 2026, due to insufficient funds in your account at that time.
