I don't trade, but I do track CL. I've been receiving live data until recently when my chart froze at $70.24 on 6/26 at 13:59. I've tried everything that I can think of to rectify this situation, to no avail. I am on the active month (Q). Can you help?

You are not setup to get the data for NYMEX (the exchange where CL is traded) from us.

It looks like you are connecting to Rithmic, so you would be getting the data for NYMEX from them. You would need to check with Rithmic on why you are having an issue with this.
