We need more information on exactly where you are having a problem.

For instance, is this at the Sierra Chart login? Is it after you login and you can not connect to your trading service? Something else?

I'm trying to connect to the data feed as soon as I open the app, but it can't connect. Usually, it turns green, but it is still red at the top.

Ok, I'm able to connect, and now it turns green on top, but I'm not able to get real-time data. Is my exchange data feed up to date?

Please help me out. I've been a customer for over 15 years. I want to be able to connect this for tomorrow. Here's exactly what it's telling me. Real-time market data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed for symbol F.US.MIN.Q2.6.ID19, it also says "Historical intraday data download: historical data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed.". What's my next step? Thanks!
