Hi, my AMP account is funded and I have already activated Sierra Chart Package 10, Denali, and CME Non-Professional data. Teton Routing is connected successfully, but Sierra Chart still shows [Delayed} on all charts. Could you please check why my real-time CME data is not being delivered?

What is one symbol for which you are having an issue? Please give us the symbol exactly as it is entered for the chart (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol).

The symbol is: MGCQ26_FUT_CME This chart still shows [Delayed] even though Teton Routing is connected and my AMP account is funded. |

You have the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" active. MGC is traded on the COMEX exchange of the CME Group. So you do not have an exchange active that includes this data. If I only trade MGC, can I use "Full CME Group for non-professional trading accounts" (#2) with Sierra Chart DOM, or do I need the Market Depth version (#1)?

It depends on whether you need Market Depth data or not. But if you only trade MGC, and you need Market Depth Data, then you would be best served to activate the "COMEX with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts". You should wait until July 1, 2026 before activating the exchange. This is explained in the section we linked to previously.
