can't find my Broker while trying to activate Teton Pathway for real time data

Hello, Trying to subscribe to CME data feed from Denali using Teton order routing since under CQG through StoneX and Cannon Trading. However, when opening the "Data/trade service settings" the selecting "Teton CME routing" under Current Selected Service the going to clearing firm to enter my Broker (Cannon trading), I do not see it under the waterfall. I only see Dorman/Philip Capital/Advantage/Iron beam/AMP/Test/Cunninghma/Marex. I do have a live account with Cannon. Question n°2: Teton does not support Eurex datafeed. What should I do to get my EUREX feed working as a non professional please? Thank you |

What broker are you trying to connect to? And what order routing service are you using with that broker (CQG, Teton, other)? With regards to EUREX, if you just want EUREX data, then you can get that from our Denali Exchange Data Feed by following the instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges* If you are wanting to trade EUREX, then you can not use the Teton Order Routing service for this. Teton only supports trading with the CME Group. But please answer the questions above first, so we can better understand exactly what you are trying to setup so we can direct you properly. Hello, Thanks for your prompt feedback. As mentioned, My broker is cannon trading. See below: https://www.cannontrading.com/software/sierra-charts For some reason, they are providing me the datafeed through StoneX: https://www.stonex.com/en/ Stonex provide me with a CQG feed. Reading SC guidelines, I need to use Teton since my Feed is CQG. However, as mentioned earlier, can't find Cannon nor StoneX in the waterfall menu once TETON selected. I look forward to reading from you. |

You can not be setup to just get data from CQG. It sounds like Cannon has set you up to use CQG for your order routing. Please double check with Cannon and see if you are setup for CQG or Teton and then let us know and we will tell you how to proceed from there.
