Unable to save text to drawing configs

Hi! I am not able to save the text to my drawing config. I add a drawing (extending line for example), modify the text, save the config, and when I apply the config to a new drawing, the text does not follow. Is this by design, or am I missing something? I have searched and found some similar issues but not been able to solve it.. Any tips appreciated :) Regards Anders |

What you are doing is not how to save text to a drawing configuration. For the "Extending Line" (and most other drawings) the only way to have default text is to set the option for "Copy Tool Config Name to Text" to "Yes" and then enter a "Tool Configuration Name" and save the configuration. Then that entered confguration name will be the default text.
