CME Package Active But Data Still Delayed

Hello, I have activated: CME, For professionals and users without a trading account Ending Date: 2026-06-30 Auto Renew: Enabled Denali Data Feed is active. Sierra Chart package: 11 - Integrated Advanced. However all COMEX symbols still show: [Delayed] Examples: GCQ26-COMEX GCZ26-COMEX Message Log reports: Delayed Data Feed Delay approximately 10 minutes. I have already: - restarted Sierra Chart - reconnected data feed - opened new COMEX charts but data remains delayed. Could you please check my account and confirm why CME/COMEX data is still delayed although the CME package is active? Thank you. |

You have to pay the professional exchange fee for COMEX. The CME does not cover COMEX.

We see that you have activated the "Professional or for users without a trading account" exchange options, as you have not connected to a live, funded, futures trading account to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees. But, you do still have the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" active. Be sure to deactivate this exchange at the following link so you do not continue to be charged for it, since you are unable to use it.
