HI , Loading intraday data for the QQQ Footprint chart takes a very long time—even after 30 minutes, the data has not yet finished loading. My settings are as follows - see attached file. I tried changing the “Date Range in File From...” from 2025-12-15 to 2026-04-01. However, this date isn’t being applied. It keeps jumping back to 2025-12-15. What can I do to make my intraday data for the QQQ Footprint chart load faster—or even load at all? Thanks in advance for your help. Kind regards Holger |

What is the symbol for this chart, as it is entered in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol"? And what is "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to? The reason why you can not change the "Date Range in File From" to a more recent date is that the data is already there, so you can not remove it by changing that date. We need to know the above so we know where you are getting your data from, which may give us some information on why you are having a problem. In particular, if you are not getting your data from us, then you may be having an issue due to the exchanges being closed today, and you may just be having an issue connecting.
