Historical Data feed (-NQTV) doesnt download latest day of data

Hia Sierra, I am having an intermittent issue where the latest day of data is not downloaded. E.g. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1781827213136.png The latest day on the SPY is 6-17 - there is no bar for 6-18. This is the same for all the charts. In the past, I have updated the software and delete all DLY files to force a redownload. I tried that fix this time but it didnt work today. Is there an issue with the datafeed? With thanks |

We are not seeing any issue with the daily data for SPY-NQTV at this time. If you are still missing that data, then please redownload the data for that chart by selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Hi Sierra, This issue is ongoing and it is really problematic. Especially in stocks where I have open positions. for example, here is AXSM. I have 2 charts with and without the -NQTV suffix. There is no bar for today. I have tried delete all data and download. I have tried going into the data folder and deleting the DLY file. Neitehr fixed the issue. We are not seeing any issues with the data for AXSM or AXSM-NQTV at this time. One of the things to keep in mind is that Friday July 3, 2026, was the observance for the U.S. Independence Day holiday, so there is no data for July 3. But you should be seeing data for July 6, 2026 at this time. -- Please do not delete the files when you have an issue. This is almost never a solution. It is best to select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" if you want to remove everything. And if you are only missing some data, particularly the most recent data, then follow these instructions to try redownloading the data: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart -- You are not setup to get real-time data from our U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape or NASDAQ TotalView exchanges. Therefore, if you use a symbol like "AXSM" or "AXSM-NQTV", then you are going to get the delayed streaming data for those charts, which is 15 minutes delayed. If you want real-time data from Interactive Brokers then you would need to use the fully qualified symbol for them.
