Custom symbol: {ESU26-CME}-{SPX_CGI} I am getting "Historical Intraday Download Skipped". Denali data. Only calculates newly incoming data. Not sure how to fix this. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2026-06-15 19:42:18

Thank you, not sure how my settings got changed, but it's working now. One issue still persists which is strange, see attached screenshot. I get this when I "Delete all data and download". Why would {YMU26-CBOT}/{DIA} not be valid? It was working fine recently (or the YMM26-CBOT variant anyway). I have deleted and recreated the symbol definition in Global Symbol settings per the instructions, which fixed the download for the other symbols, but this error seems to indicate it can't even find the setting, but as you can see it's right there in the list. Only one SC instance running, have fully applied settings, don't understand what could be wrong here. We do not know for certain, but it is highly likely that it is related to the slash (/) that is being used to divide the two items. We recommend using a different symbol name (one that is descriptive and does not use symbolic characters) and then enter the actual formula in the "Formula Symbol" field. I'll try some things but as you can see from that list I have several other symbol names with a '/' in the name and they all work fine, and the {YMM26-CBOT}/{DIA} worked previously.

This is one of the reasons we made the change to allow a descriptive symbol and then the actual formula symbol is set elsewhere. We do not know why it would become a problem all of a sudden, but this is the first thing we recommend doing to see if it resolves the issue.
