For ESU26 prior to and including 6/10/26, the back adjusted data is returning prices of double the current price with current price being "correct", so charts are radically skewed between today and 6/10. I have tried the following: - File >> Disconnect/Re-Connect Data feed - Restart platform - Global Symbol Settings - (1) Verify Custom symbols settings NOT used (1) toggle custom symbol settings on/off (3) Update from Server. - Chart Settings >> Apply Global Symbol settings - Chart settings >> Do Not Change Symbol settings for Chart on Symbol Change >> Toggled to "NO". I personally use "YES" I know it's "Not recommended" but it is onerous to change symbol settings for multiple charts when I roll if I've had to toggle off "use custom symbol settings" at any point to fix other issues and I've not found another way to keep the price axis formatting. I can't find any posts on the forum regarding this, so it seems related to my settings specifically. I am NOT seeing this on other CME equity indices. Or could it be related to issues from last week? I just figured you'd have heard about it by now. Thanks! |

We are not seeing this, nor have we heard anything about it. Please get us an image of your chart showing where this is occurring. Be sure the option for "Chart >> Show Rollover Dates" is enabled, as we want to see if this is at the rollover.
