Hi,

I keep getting config file errors both on startup and inside the platform.

The latest, which occur at startup state there's no data. Upon checking the size of the config file it no 0 bytes.

Can someone advise on why this happening?

Thanks

I've also noticed that the TAL is incorrect. Despite the Trade Account Monitor showing the correct(ie. cross referenced with account statements) account value and PnL, the TAL doesn't reflect all of the executions, with some not having offsetting orders.

For reference, I'm running Version 2784

Restore a backup of the global configuration file:
Resetting Sierra Chart to a Default State / Restoring Backup Global Configuration File: Restoring Backup Global Configuration File

Running into problems like this, indicates a system-level issue. This should never be happening otherwise. We also never recommend powering off your computer, while Sierra Chart is running. First exit Sierra Chart. Wait a few seconds and then power the computer off. You should not have any problems, but the operating system can be malfunctioning.

Check to make sure you have drive space as well. If you need to clear drive space then refer to the following:
