I have Package 11 (Integrated Advanced) active, and CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX exchange agreements are all showing as active/green in my Account Control Panel. However, when I open a chart for NQ Mini or Micro, it shows “Delayed” in the header with a ~10 minute delay. I’ve tried disconnecting/reconnecting, restarting Sierra Chart completely, and opening a new chart - the issue persists. Other symbols (e.g. Gold/GC) don’t show this issue. Could you please check my account configuration?

just because you see the agreement green, doesn't mean that you've a subscription for real-time data for all this exchange, click the "Activate"-link and you can see for which exchanges you get real-time data
