Intermittent connectivity dropouts - CQG

Hi, been having intermittent dropouts in data connectivity with CQG via my broker. Not sure if its at their end or my end (software or network related) but hoping you can help narrow the problem. Tried hot-spotting off the phone with no luck. Here's an extract from the Log of the most recent dropout. Doesn't happen daily but on days like today its every 5-10min or so for a few seconds up to minutes. Hoping you can assist in some way or at least point in the right direction. Frustrating as you can imagine. I trade Asian mkts which you don't support otherwise I'd be with you but no other option sadly.
