Hi, I am trying to create several Custom Trading Keyboard Shortcuts, but when I try to "customize trading command," the screen is completely black. How can I fix this? Thanks |

You should see the window as it appears in the image we attached to this thread. Do you have the same issue if you open other settings windows that use the new format (such as "Chart >> Chart Settings")? If this is a problem with all the "new" settings windows, then this would be due to the color of the text for those windows. You will need to update that color. No, with the other "new windows" I see them fine, this is the first time it happens.

We really do not know why this would be occurring for just a single window. First, go to that window and select "View >> Reset Column Widths". Hopefully this will resolve it. If that does not fix it, then please reboot your computer and start just Sierra Chart and go to that window again. Let us know if it is still all blank.
