You are not setup to get any data from us. So the reason you are only seeing 1 level would be the data you have setup with Rithmic (from what we see you are connecting to Rithmic). The exchange that you had active in April for the CME with Market Depth did not automatically renew on May 1, 2026, due to insufficient funds in your account at that time.
