Hello, I've got a 40 range chart with candlesticks and volume profile for each candle and i want that the candlesticks is at the left of the volume profile like in TPO chart. See the screenshot, the candlestick overlapping the volume profile so i can't see nicely the VA, is it possible?? Thanks, |

When using the Volume by Price study on a chart, the edge of the volume profile will be aligned to the center of the bar. We see you have one volume profile per bar. So the alignment cannot be changed. You can use the Numbers Bars study and set it to show a volume profile type of background: Numbers Bars You can then set it to show Candlestick bars with this Input: Numbers Bars: Open and Close Marker Style This will give you a different type of appearance that you might find better. Thinking about this though you could set the Numbers Bar study to show two columns . One showing a volume profile background and another one without and then put the Open and Close Marker style on the second column. This is exactly what i want. Unfortunately, i can't remove the colors inside the candlestick? i place the open and close marker in the column 2 with color blue for close marker and white for open marker. If i put column 2 background coloring method to :" none transparent" then the candle disappear. And there's no setting in the column 2 to say : "use the open and close marker style only" like in your screenshot, i'm missing something. |

Set the following to get what you want: - Column 2 Numbers Bars Text: Volume (or any option) - Column 2 Background Coloring Method: None - Transparent - Column 2 Text Coloring Method: None - Default Text Color: Same as your background (black) - Open and Close Marker Style: Select what you want - Place Open Marker/Boxes in: Column 2 - Place Close Marker in: Column 2 For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

We have implemented a proper solution to this and in the next release, you can set: Column 2 Numbers Bars Text to: "No Text - Show Column". This way there is no hack. A proper solution where the text is just not drawn. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
