Hello Sierra Chart Support, I am writing because my "Verified Trading Accounts Ending Date" is stuck on 2026-06-10 and will not update automatically. My account username is: hamadtrading36. My live Ironbeam account is funded with $125. I have connected through the Teton CME Routing service multiple times. I have already tried the "Refresh Trade Accounts" tool while connected, but the date remains unchanged. Could you please manually sync my account status so the verification date extends? Thank you. |

The "Verified Until" date does not update all the time. There has to be less than 25 days remaining before the date will update. Therefore, you will not see an update to that date until May 16, 2026.
