Hello Sierra Chart Support,

I am writing because my "Verified Trading Accounts Ending Date" is stuck on 2026-06-10 and will not update automatically.

My account username is: hamadtrading36.

My live Ironbeam account is funded with $125.

I have connected through the Teton CME Routing service multiple times.

I have already tried the "Refresh Trade Accounts" tool while connected, but the date remains unchanged.

Could you please manually sync my account status so the verification date extends?
