Hello, I am connecting Sierra chart to global data feeds for NSE F&O.I subscribed to the data feed, but Sierra shows "DTC NOT ACTIVE" when connecting. Could you please guide. Thank you. |

You are on the "Base Advanced" package. You can not connect to data (or trading) services on the "Base" packages. You would need to change to one of the "Advanced" packages to be able to get data from Global Data Feeds.
