Im trying to setup my new account / Package 12 with live cme cbot data

Hello, today is my first day setting up my account with you. I just bought package 12 which cost $56 and I thought I bought live data (CME, CBOT and COMEX etc). The process has been extremely confusing. I signed all the paperwork but every time I go back it says I need to do it again. I will be using Ironbeam and I'll be trading all the treasury futures mainly ZB, ZN, SOFR, UB and ZF. Can someone please guide in what needs to be done to get the live data, my charts in order and Realtime data for Simulation and active accounts. I do have the link to connect for Ironbeam but I'm just waiting to make sure everything is correct. Can I have some assistance please?

You are not properly filling out the "Uniform Subscriber Agreement". In order to be considered a Non-Professional for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. You need to enter the information for that trading account in the "Clearing Firm" and "Account Number" in the "Uniform Subscriber Agreement". In other words, you need to enter "Ironbeam" for the "Clearing Firm" and your Ironbeam account number for the "Account Number" field. If you do not have your account fully setup with Ironbeam yet, such that you do not have an Account Number, then you will need to wait to complete the agreements until you do have this. You can redo the agreements at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_CME Before you will be able to get any real-time data, you will also need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that Ironbeam account. When you do this, your "Verified Until" date will change to 30 days in the future. This date must be in the future in order to be able to get the real-time data at the non-professional rates. OK, thank you for the information. I will fund my account on the 23rd of May however I do have my Ironbeam information setup (it's not funded yet). Can I put in the information for Ironbeam someplace ? I tried to go back and look where I can put in the information but I can't find it. Second question is once I fund it I'll get real time data correct?

You can redo the agreements at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_CME You redo the agreements just like you did them the first time. You select the link in the section for "Real-Time Data Agreements" - you can not change already completed agreements. After you fill out the agreements and they are accepted, then once you connect to your live trading account, you will start getting the real-time data.
