My charts are loading the current day it’s stuck at 4-30 and I don’t know why. I tried reloading and recalculating but it’s not changing anything

Everything on your account looks good for you to be getting the real-time data for the CME exchange (which is the exchange you have active with us). Therefore, please go through the items at the following link to see if one of them solves your issue: Intraday Chart or Chart Bars Not Updating | Blank Intraday Chart | "Currently no data to display" message for Intraday Chart Another item that is not listed in that section is to look at the settings for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting" and make sure you are not setting a date range that has an end date of April 30. Yes It is actually limited to May 1st but it’s at read only and I can’t modify it
