Teton CME Routing - "No trade accounts assigned" Error

Hi,

I am on Service Package 11 (Integrated Advanced) and have paid for the subscription.

Ironbeam has confirmed that Teton CME Order Routing is fully enabled on their end and linked to my account.

However, when I set "Current Selected Service" to Teton CME Routing and "Clearing Firm" to Ironbeam, I still get this error:

"Connection error from service: Teton CME Routing | Connection error: No trade accounts assigned"

Can someone please help link my account on the Sierra side?

It sounds like you have done everything correctly.

You need to talk to Ironbeam about this. They do the entire setup. Make sure they have actually completed the setup.

And have them double check that your Sierra Chart Account Name is set properly for your Teton account. Your Account Name is how we tie together your Sierra Chart software to your Teton account, so it has to match exactly. Your Sierra Chart account name is the following (showing just the first and last character):
