I have a brokerage account and currently use Rithmic.... Can I use the order allocation to copy the trade to a lucid acct that goes through Lucid-funded accounts that are rithmic based??

Our "Order Allocation to Trade Accounts" only works with accounts that are part of the same login. So it does not work between different brokerage/Prop Firm accounts.
