Dear Support

I have my Vol By Price default settings as I would want for Draw Vol Profile and Composite but is there a way I can load another set of defaults for example a standard Delta Profile config like in tools?

Just wondering if I can retain a different set of configurations for the Volume By Price Study.

I have followed ...

Volume By Price Study: Step by Step Instructions to Configure the Draw Volume Profile Tool

... and saved a second config. but when I try and apply it TC2 nothing changes?

Many thanks

If you are referring to the "Drawn Volume Profile" then what you did sounds correct. You need to setup another Study Collection for the Volume by Price profile the way you want it and set that in another Tool Configuration for the Drawn Volume Profile tool. Refer to the following:
Volume By Price Study: Step by Step Instructions to Configure the Draw Volume Profile Tool

If you are referring to a standard Volume by Price profile, then the Study Collections are the way to set specific setups that you want to use. Refer to the following:

Hi John

I had not thought the Study Collections was the way to solve this despite the clear instructions.

I cleared the chart of all studies except for the Volume By Price Study.

I then config the Volume By Price study twice using different parameters each time with each saved to a unique study collection

Then config TC1 and TC2 to reflect the Study Collections - as explained in the links and all worked as expected.

Overthinking instead of just reading the instructions.

Many thanks
